Jumpgate Evolution

Jumpgate Evolution is a space-based MMORPG, so of course I had some really cool artwork to start with for this design. This website was a microsite that would be used to get users to sign up for the beta release of the game. I was responsible for the design and HTML/CSS.

Fancy Lad Music

Another website for a group of very talented musicians. These guys create custom music for film and advertising. I love working with textures in web design. I handled the design, HTML/CSS, and integrated their music into a Flash player.

Xbox 360 Gamer Card

Designed this cool, interactive gamer card that users would be able to load in their Xbox Live user info and then share or embed it across the internet. I was obviously not playing enough video games at the time I was working on this. Those are some really weak stats!

Sea of Japan

Sea of Japan is a group of very talented musicians and I designed this one-page website to promote their album Black Out the Stars. Make sure you download the record… it’s free! I again had the pleasure of working with Brian Berryman’s drawings to use in this design, but was also responsible for the HTML/CSS and integrating their music into a Flash player.

Michigan College Guide

This had been a print-only publication for years, but I always felt — during my time at Detroit Media Partnership — that the Michigan College Guide would be a perfect online product. While championing this product, I was also responsible for the design and HTML/CSS.

It’s always fun working on designs for a new business pitch; you get to be as creative as you want! For this product, I came up with a new, modern logo and created this look and feel using a color palette that I had seen on a rug at Target. I was very happy with the end result.

Nissan Careers

While adhering to corporate branding guidelines, designed a microsite for potential employees that would be worked into the existing Nissan site. I was responsible the art direction and HTML/CSS.

Worked with the wonderful folks at JWT on this careers portal website for Providence Health. I was responsible for the art direction and the HTML/CSS.
