Overview
I joined Quicken Loans specifically to work on the launch of Rocket Mortgage. It was their first time taking a user-centered, product-focused approach to their software development. We worked in a cross-functional, collaborative team space to do user research, design the user experience, and eventually launch the product. During my time at Quicken Loans, I worked on all different parts of the Rocket Mortgage product as we expanded the reach of the product.
