Overview

RouteOne was looking to create a digital product to transform the financing experience at car dealerships, but they didn’t know how to get started. I joined this engagement for the initial discovery phase and the work laid the groundwork for an ongoing digital product transformation at the company.

Business Objective

Our goal here was to reduce the amount of time users spend at a car dealership. By creating a digital experience, we felt that we could decrease that time by 75%.


Workshops

I participated and facilitated a variety of workshop activities to kick off the project. We used these sessions to gain insight from the clients about their vision for the product and to identify the barriers to making those changes.

 

Prototype

After defining the MVP scope in the initial discovery activities, I created wireframes and an end-to-end prototype of one version of this future product. I then facilitated user tests of the prototype and also partnered with our product owner to demo this concept to their existing customers.
